Our Story
For over a decade, Dungarvan Brewing Company has been a cornerstone of the Irish craft beer scene, handcrafting traditional, bottle-conditioned ales and stouts that have delighted beer enthusiasts across the South East. Our dedication to quality and consistency shines through in every sip, a testament to our head brewer’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
In 2023, a new chapter began. Tom and Becky Dauber, passionate craft beer lovers from the USA, fell in love with Dungarvan’s rich brewing heritage and acquired the brewery. They bring fresh energy and a vision for growth, while honoring the traditions that have made Dungarvan Brewing Company a beloved local brand.

Operations Manager
Katrina, our Operations Manager, is the person to turn to when you need something answered. Originally from Dublin, where she built her career in hospitality, she now calls Dungarvan home with her husband, who is from the area, and their two young children. Her favorite beer is our Greenway Pale Ale, and she’s happiest when enjoying live music or at home listening to a record with a glass of wine in hand.
